The Cemetery Commissioners are elected Town Officials and are responsible for the Town owned cemeteries.

Note: Cemetery plots are available in the New Amsden Cemetery (Route 44 and Flat Iron Road) and cremation plots only in the Ackley Extension of the South Reading Cemetery.
Costs:
Cremation: $350 plus $150 for (4) corner stones: Total of $500.00
Full Burial: $600 plus $150 for (4) corner stones: Total of $750.00

Felchville Cemetery - Tyson Road less than 1 mile; entrance to cemetery is on the right. 194 Tyson Road
Baileys Cemetery (Hapgood Cemetery) - West of Hammondsville 1329 Baileys Mills Road
Shedd Cemetery - 1049 Stone Chimney Road
4/10 of a mile BEFORE the Stone Chimney site on west side of road beyond Bailey's Mills.
South Reading Cemetery - 94 Malagash Road
Tyson Road, turn right onto Park Circle, 1st sharp right onto Malagash Road. Cemetery is on the right.
Spear Cemetery - 1090 Spear Cemetery Road
North on 106 to Caper Hill Road. Travel to 4 way intersection take the right onto Spear Cemetery Road, cemetery is on right.
Swain Cemetery - 2621 Brown Schoolhouse Road
Tyson Road to Stone Schoolhouse; take right on Bartley Road; at intersection go straight to Brownschoolhouse Road. Cemetery is 2/10 of a mile beyond the original brown school house on left behind the camps.
Weld (Sawyer) Cemetery - 285 Weld Cemetery Road
Tyson Road to outskirts of South Reading Village; Take a right onto Weld Cemetery Road at the Newhall sign. Cemetery is on the left.
